Our Exercise Physiologists develop and guide you through an evidence based personalised program in 1:1 or group sessions.
Our exercise physiology services cater to individuals within our community who are seeking exercise-based solutions for health issues. We address a spectrum of needs, ranging from general strength and fitness goals, to tackling specific health conditions such as chronic lower back pain, osteoarthritis, and cardiovascular disease, amongst others.
Whether you're a beginner to exercise, or a highly active individual looking for advanced guidance, our services are designed to accommodate your individuals needs and goals.

The Rehab Room
Our Rehab Room is a private gym setting designed for you to achieve your goals under the guidance of our clinicians. You’ll receive expert exercise instruction, one-on-one supervision, program grading and progression in a personal, clean and comfortable environment. Following a return to work/activity program you will:
Learn to appropriately dose exercise intensity, frequency and duration for a sustained return to your occupational, sporting and other valued activities
Learn to appropriately modify how you move for a sustained return to your occupational, sporting and other valued activities
Build strength, mobility and coordination for a sustained return to occupational, sporting and other valued activities
Group Sessions

Must book an initial consult with an EP to see which group is most suitable.
The sessions are led by our Exercise Physiologists Emily and Andrew, in collaboration with our team of Physiotherapists.

FEE: Group Sessions $49.50 -
All sessions are designed for groups of four participants in our private gym environment.
While sessions operate in group settings, each individual carries out their own exercise program that we specifically designed for you.
Intensity of each session is tailored to your needs and goals, meaning you won’t ever be asked to do anything unsafe or beyond your capabilities.
Instead, we combine the rewards and fun group sessions with the benefits of individualised Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology clinical reasoning and exercise selection.
The purpose of our programs is to help you develop skills to independently manage your problem through movement, exercise and daily activity modifications.
Whether you’re in 1:1 sessions or group, evidence based program will allow you to be more active in your life again. -
Our purpose is not to compete with the existing group fitness industry. It’s our view that there exists huge scope for people who would love to exercise, but who don’t feel capable of participating in mainstream service offerings
Our sessions are designed specifically for people with symptoms from a current or old injury. We teach you movement strategies that restore your confidence and capacity to engage in your meaningful activities.
Our group sessions often facilitate a return to (or commencement of) mainstream exercise such as Pilates, Yoga, Bootcamp, etc leaving you feeling safe and equipped to take care of your body and yourself in other exercise environments.
