Suffering from
Tennis Elbow Pain?
We’re here to help you regain comfort & mobility!
Tennis Elbow, medically known as lateral epicondylitis, is your body's way of telling you that your elbow has been working overtime and needs a break. While it might not involve actual tissue damage, the structures near your elbow, especially the tendons, can become irritated and sensitive due to overuse causing pain. This condition is often caused by repetitive tasks like lifting, gripping, or even playing golf or tennis, as the name suggests. The good news? It’s treatable!

three phases of how we’ll treat your elbow and RELIEVE PAIN:
1) Desensitising Phase :
Our focus here is to normalise the sensitivity of nerve endings within and around the tendon tissue. Activity modification and manual therapy work hand in hand to achieve this goal.
2) Guided Activity Return
The final phase involves transitioning back to your pre-injury activities. We'll work together to find the best ways to manage your activities, ensuring long-term comfort.
3) Reintroduction of Load:
As your sensitivity decreases, we'll guide you in gradually reintroducing load-bearing exercises. This phase ensures that your tendon adapts well to the increasing stress.
